Andres Molano, CEO

Co‐founder and CEO for SoEnergy International (1998), a global energy solutions provider specializing in customized power services with experience in the most remote environments in the world. Described as a customer‐first innovative entrepreneur, Andres co‐founded SoEnergy and grew the company to a global leader of power generation with 3.8 GW of power projects in more than 33 countries, including the U.S., Latin America, Africa & Asia. His focus is on providing the most energy efficient, cleaner, and cost‐effective energy solutions. As CEO of Kratos, Andres oversees day‐to‐day activities.

michael seifert

Michael W. Seifert, Executive Board Chairman

Possesses 30 years of global executive‐level experience as Board of Director Chairman, CEO, Founder, M&A, EVP & Global Controller roles within the publicly traded industrial equipment and technology industries. Mike’s professional history includes senior roles at GENERAC NYSE: GNRC, Ingersoll Rand NYSE: IR, MDU Resources NYSE: MDU, and UNISYS NYSE: UIS. Mike was responsible for overseeing a $3.5B global sector footprint; implementing a New Product Development Stage Gate Process, co‐chairing Ingersoll Rands global deployment of product launches, as well as serving as Director of Global Business Development for Ingersoll Rand – Czech Republic, Germany, France, China, Belgium & North America responsible for Bobcat & Club Car business units (then over 35% of IR’s $11B global portfolio). Mike’s latest venture, MAC Heaters was acquired by Generac & Sunbelt Rentals (Ashtead London) purchased his leasing company. Mike Lobbies for ND as part of the USGLC with prior Secretary of Agriculture Edward Shafer. He also served as Board Chair for Impact Dakota, governed by NIST (National Institute of Science and Technology) as well as conducted multiple trade missions abroad in conjunction with the United States Commercial Service. Mike has been a CPA for 28 years, is a Six Sigma Black Belt, and a certified Malcolm Baldridge Examiner. Mike assists in business development and serves as Executive Board Chairman of Kratos.
